10.10.2024 The President of Russia signed a decree on visa-free entry for all citizens of Georgia
The Decree of the President of Russia dated 10.10.2024 No. 873 "On Amendments to the Decree of the President of Russia dated May 10, 2023 No. 335 "On the Procedure for Entry into the Russian Federation and Exit from Russia of Georgian Citizens" has been published.Earlier, by Decree of the President of Russia No. 335 dated 10.05.2023, a visa-free regime was introduced for citizens of Georgia entering for purposes not related to labor activity and for a period of less than 90 days (more details in our news).
In accordance with the new decree, the visa-free entry regime into Russia now applies to all citizens of Georgia, with certain exceptions specified in paragraph b) of Decree No. 335 of 10.05.2023.
The decree entered into force on the day of its publication, that is, 10.10.2024.
