The Government of Russian excluded Kenya from Appendix No. 1, and also resumed railway communication with Finland
The Government of Russia, by its Orders of December 2, 2021 N 3422-p and of December 25, 2021 N 3867-p, made the following changes to the Order of the Government of Russia of March 16, 2020 N 635-p:
- citizens from the Republic of Kenya are prohibited from entering the territory of Russia due to the spread of the COVID-19 Omicron strain;
- citizens of the Republic of Finland are allowed to enter the territory of Russia not only through air checkpoints, but also by rail passenger transport.
