Dokumentom predlagayetsya dopolnit' razdel Polozheniya ob obyknovennoy chastnoy vize. Takuyu vizu budut vydavat' na srok do odnogo goda inostrantsu, yavlyayushchemusya blizkim rodstvennikom rossiyanina, v tom chisle suprugom/suprugoy, roditelem, rebenkom, bratom/sestroy ili dedushkoy. Popravki vnosyatsya v tselyakh realizatsii zakona o protivodeystvii fiktivnym brakam migrantov, opublikovannom 28.10.2024 (podrobneye o zakone v nashey novosti). Zakon vstupayet v silu po istechenii 90 dney posle yego ofitsial'nogo opublikovaniya, to yest' 25 yanvarya 2025 goda. Obshchestvennoye obsuzhdeniye popravok v Polozheniye o vizakh prodlitsya do 3 dekabrya. Ozhidayetsya, chto popravki vstupyat v silu odnovremenno s zakonom, to yest' 25 yanvarya 2025 goda.
